Setup is charged at £350 to £500 + VAT per day. Before anything is booked, we confirm the expected number of days based on rooms, assets, QR points, checklists, sensors and any 3D scan requirements.
Sensor monitoring starts from £150 + VAT per home/month, but the final cost depends on the number and type of sensors required. Hardware, installation and monitoring scope are confirmed in writing before setup.
Yes. You can start with the core platform and add sensors later. We will quote the hardware, setup and monthly monitoring cost before installation.
Yes. After setup, the platform is monthly rolling. If you cancel, your access ends at the end of the paid period. Any one-off setup, hardware or scanning fees already incurred are non-refundable.
There is no long fixed platform contract. The platform is monthly rolling after setup. For larger groups or discounted multi-home rollouts, we may agree specific pilot or rollout terms in writing.
We usually start with a walkthrough and, where appropriate, a small pilot or demo setup. Any pilot scope, setup cost and duration will be agreed upfront.
The core platform includes scheduled checks, evidence capture, sign-off and reporting. CareBeacon supports your compliance processes, but it does not replace your provider responsibilities, policies, clinical records or legal advice.
Yes. CareBeacon is designed to support facilities, checks, repairs and evidence. It does not need to replace your care planning, eMAR or rostering system.
Reasonable checklist and report configuration is included. Bespoke development or integrations are quoted separately where required.
Sensor hardware, replacement, support and ownership terms are confirmed in the setup quote.
Photo evidence can be configured to avoid resident images or sensitive personal information unless your policy requires it.
If you leave, we can export your records in a reasonable format for your files.
